The perfect morning

in my room,
it is dark
and i am alone.

the only light at all
is that that emanates faintly through the window
from the blue gray cloudy morning sky.
somehow, the room was blue.
the sort of deep, clear blue that puts you in the ocean
that submerges you in the waves, its glow
its feel.

just let yourself float!
float in all the waves.
you can stay here and drift!
for it is safe here, there is peace here.
